Blocked tubes

There are lots of videos on YouTube which give methods of unblocking the Eustachian tubes, there's no harm in trying what they suggest as long as its nothing stupid or dangerous, but I think a lot of people on there, especially some of the so called Doctors, are quacks and idiots. I tend to think a lot of the comments on the videos are fake too. This is from a reputable source. youtu.be/_gPBuz9Regc(Not working as expected?)

Not sure, I have just been told I have a blocked E tube and the Dr gave me a nasal spray. Told at least 4 weeks before improvement but after 2nd Vertigo episode and hearing loss I’ve been referred back to ENT for poss Meniers desease
