Pulsatile Tinnitus both ears?

I have had pulsatile tinnitus in my left ear for about 3 months. Had scans etc just waiting for results but more than likely caused by venous blood clot on that side which hasn’t dissolved.

This morning I have woken up to pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear which is louder than my left. Barely cope with it in one ear … but both!
