More positive developments

I’m still on 100mg of Sertraline with the occasional diazepam as and when needed during anxiety spikes. I was able to meet up with work friends despite waking up with anxiety so intense I was throwing up. It brought it right down and I barely thought about my tinnitus whilst there despite the fact I can’t mask it.

Goes to show how people sharing their improvements (read on other websites) can have a positive knock on effect. I hope it continues as I get more of my life back now that my cancer treatment is over.

I know not all days will be good but the fact I was able to feel so normal again gave me a lot of much needed hope.

That's awesome, and small feeling of positivity and hope will go a long way to recovering and managing your T.
