i dont think i can do this anymore

i've all of a sudden lost sound in my left ear and more tinnitus

a spike thats lasting over a week and everything sounds so metalic (like a fan) i dont know if my stress has caused all this but it defo isnt the same tinnitus i have had for years

i dont know if the trigger point injections made it worse

both my ears are screamingat me with no relief
