Long haul flights

I am going to be travelling long haul - 14 hours - at the beginning of April and I wondered if it was best to use noise cancelling headphones or not? If so then which are best, over ear or in ear?

Many thanks

Hi! I have been suffering from T for over 16 years. I have travelled across the ocean for many times. No problem! Enjoy the flight and good health!

Hi, I have flown many times since my T started 3 years ago but no longer than 5 hours and never had any problems, in fact whilst flying I do not even notice my T. Enjoy your flight.

I would say use noise-cancelling headphones if your T is reactive, meaning that it is aggravated by noise. Otherwise, you should be OK without them. My preference is for over-ear headphones, as I don't like blocking my ear canal if I can help it.
