on the British tinnitus association website is published details of the groups that are currently in operation.

there are some groups on Facebook - but i think this one is easily the best for support and advice

Hi, Please do what Happyrosie as said and look on the BTA website to find a local Tinnitus support group, I attend the Brighouse, West Yorkshire support group and find it very helpful to talk face to face to other people about living with Tinnitus and just knowing you are not the only one living every day with Tinnitus.
