Constant muzzy head and tinnitus.

Evening all.I am currently suffering with T and a tension type headache that is there most days.Yesterday was a good day no T and head fine.Today T loud and muzzy head.Any advice welcome.

to have a day without tinnitus is really great. Your headache may have nothing to do with it.

As far as your headache goes, Plenty of hydration, and look to your diet to ensure you are eating healthily.

Morning EthelWhat you are going through is common with Tinnitus I have it myself sometimes for I just get on with my day soon the effects of Tinnitus are pushed into the background the muzziness starts to clear just be yourself and enjoy life keep busy always helps

Thank-you for your replyI don't let it stop me I have had T for 14 years but recently increased in volume in line with the stuffy head feel.
