i just cant imagine life without noise masking,anyone with T but went to the dr but dont get anywhere,frustrated.t just. Came out of the blue

I wouldn't jump to any conclusions. Tinnitus is still a bit of a mystery and there may be various possible causes. When you feel ill, it is sometimes comforting to know the cause and be able to put a label on it. This is often not the case with tinnitus. By all means, investigate the cause through ENT specialists but don't expect a diagnosis. In some ways, it's best not to fight tinnitus - let it be and try to work around it, like with your noise masking. That way, you may find that it becomes less intrusive of its own accord.

Great post Friday 🙂 If you fight T there's only one winner ; If you let it be there's a good chance it will no longer take centre stage. Even if it still has its moments.
