If you get a muzzy head, Ethel, this might well ramp up your T.

In my experience (of T and of reading posts here) anything that impacts negatively on your health will encourage your T to prick up its ears and rub its hands with glee. Though why this should be after a lovely holiday is anyone's guess!

Paracetamol wouldn't, I think, affect a muzzy head. I'm not sure what a muzzy head means in terms of health but I would start with ensuring you drink PLENTY of water and possibly up your exercise. In any case, walking in the fresh air and nature is always good for health generally and so its bad for T. You can listen to the birds, the wind and the rain and T fades into the background.

good afternoon Ethel,

Yes I have what I call some pressure in my head . I have a fairly low grade tinnitus that can vary in its sounds . Like a fan oven or perhaps a hum. What I don’t like is the head pressure that can build up in the afternoons , so your “ fuzzy” heads could also describe mine too . I am learning to live with it . I am annoyed that doctors do so little and take little notice of our plight.
