Thanks for posting, interesting article.

A lot of my bag of symptoms are mentioned in that, in particular i have constant discomfort in my jaw and in my head above to varying degrees.

I'm waiting for an x-ray that my dentist requested, they also took impressions to make a bite guard to wear at night.

i did find a video showing TMJ exercises, they did deem to make sense but I'll not do anything regularly until i have a diagnosis.

Only aspect of that article I'm cautious about is that it offers a cure for the Tinnitus, Whilst alleviating any of my symptoms would be great I don't expect it to completely cure the T.

Rgds

I will add the caveat that this article is housed on the website of a firm which sells natural tinnitus remedies, so bear that in mind when reading it. Solid advice, but nothing that you wouldn't find on any reputable website discussing TMJ and treatment options for it.

This is an important detail that I missed.Despite the advertising, which is always a warning sign, I have come across other articles saying that people who have had successful TMJ treatment, a large percentage of them also have improvement in their tinnitus.
