musical hallucinations and tinnitus

I heard both. In my right ear I have start tinnitus and hearing lost suddenly then I hear musical sounds in my left side in my head or ears Im not sure. my tinnitus sounds change every day like jet engine or outside construction work sounds. When I speak I feel my voice go down and sounds goes louder also when I eat or touch my heat I feel louder sounds. Im waiting for ENT appointment.
