Just a last minute post to keep folks on the forum in the loop - our lovely volunteers Ria and Jayne will be available to chat to on our webchat service this evening, between 7:00pm and 9:00pm.

If you have a question and would like to pose it to one of our volunteers with lived experience of tinnitus, pop along to tinnitus.org.uk later today (Wednesday the 12th of January) and click on the green speech bubble icon at the bottom of the screen (don't click on the image in this post - you'll just get a Paddington hard stare from me).
