Merry Christmas

Hi everyone on the T forum. Wishing each and every one of you a merry christmas and a happy new year.

Stay calm through the rough and stay strong through the calm. I'm at my wits end with my severe T but I won't let it get me down.

You may be interested to learn that after coming off Betahystine and swopping this for Cinnarazine I can confirm there have been some slight improvements, slight being the operative word. It's early days still but my hopes remain.

I hope to keep you all updated very soon.

Kind regards from Richard. Stay safe, stay well.

Have a Happy Christmas Rickardo , like all of us on this forum you are trying your best with this T . There isn’t really much any of us can do . It’s trial and error and best foot forward to try and live as normally and as happily as possible. Roll on the Spring again I say , because it makes a huge difference to me to hear the rustling of the trees and all nature . I think the birds have even gone to sleep it’s getting so cold now. However every season has its beauty . I honestly think we must just keep going . Things will get better.

Thanks. Merry Christmas Rickardo! Mine's has went a bit wild too. It is generally a bit up and down. Sorry to hear yours is bad. Hope you get some respite soon. 💫💙
