Tinnitus comes and goes on a four day cycle.

I am experiencing bad tinnitus since I had my second AstraZeneca jab. I think it us linked to a strange sensation I experienced three weeks before the jab, a sudden intense dizzy spell lasting five seconds whilst sitting down which I thought might be a precursor of a stroke. Anyway my tinnitus comes and goes on a fairly regular four day cycle and has done so since its onset. I've yet to see a specialist. Has anyone any suggestions as to the reasons for the cyclical nature? Thanks in advance.
