Hi just to say I bought a V-shaped pillow off Amazon and it is helping with tinnitus and reducing stress - gives good support to head, shoulders and neck. xx

HiI was thinking of getting one of those so thank you for this. I have found I need to be higher up since T started & is straining my neck so I will try this .

Hi. I hope that you are doing good. May I ask, how is the pillow helping? Is it because your ear is not pressed onto the pillow and is more in the middle of the triangle? I cannot sleep on the side with the louder tinnitus. So that makes sense to me. I am curious and always desperate for hope in losing this crippling problem.

I do hope that it helped you.

Thanks for your post.

Hi. I'm not sure how it is helping but - yes - just as you say, I think the support feels good. I've tried so many different pillows over the years and sometimes thought they felt too bulky. This is great for reading and watching TV in bed. xx
