Makes no difference . In my opinion.

I would say summer as being out more in nature, more daylight and getting sunlight and vitamin d is meant to help.

My tinnitus gets much worse when it is hot, as it is right now in Denmark. I guess it is due to the eustacian tubes which will swollen up.

I suffered alot over autumn & winter but not so much over spring & now summer . This might be because I was in the earlier stages of T of course. I guess only time will tell.
