Hi john. How are you? No I haven't tried it. I doubt if it does cure T. to be honest. Otherwise the BTA would recommend it. I think there are some unscrupulous people out there .. Making a profit from our suffering.

Save your money. The relief is within you and your ability to habituate. Study TRT (tinnitus retraining therapy) and apply it or if you wish, look for a practitioner who provides this service.

Hello John, I think that you're referring to Silencil. It's a supplementary product making the rounds again on social media. We don't recommend it - tinnitus.org.uk/tinnitus-an...

Don’t believe in these American rubbish adverts . It’s just a ploy to make money . You ask any of the tinnitus sufferers on this site and they will all say to. “ be aware”

Witchcraft! Habituation is clearly the key. I have been with 24/7 T for nearly two years now. It's up and down - some days, hardly even know it's there, others it's like a small child screaming in my head. On all occasions, I just try to deal with it. I am staring to notice patterns - lifestyle = loudness. Better sleep, better food, less stress = a pleasantly quiet T. Bad food, alcohol, less sleep, stress = small child. I read on here that a lady called her T her little helpers and I am starting to see why. T is an awful curse that so few who dont have it will ever understand - "oh, isn't that ringing in the ears," seems to the common misconception but with a little self love, self care and acceptance, its manageable I guess. Don't buy rubbish from the internet.

Hi Tim Sussex, wow do I echo all of your methods? You bet I do. I’ve only been with troublesome T for appx 7 months and have posted my despair of spiking torture before, but since understanding it and communicating with other victims I have started to develop similar methods to yours. Firstly zero alchahol, limited caffeine and no sugary stuff. There are plenty of regular good foods that can be absorbed into the body to help fight this and other ailments. Keeping busy is a must and hobbies can still be entertained although maybe with some adjustments. I have told all my family and social circle of about T and whilst sympathetic they can never truly understand. I’m now doing my best to embrace The T and accept that I take him with me even on motorbikes and golf course. I hope other sufferers can adopt some techniques to and bring hope to the surface. Good to hear from . Regards Gymee

I tried silencil for 60 days thus far 2 per day with no positive result. Dietary and mental training shows better results..
