I’m falling a sleep ok but when I wake up in the early hours I’m struggling to get back to sleep any one else having the same problem

Yes. I have the same problem . It was acute last autumn but has eased in the last month or so. My GP told me it's not the tinnitus keeping me awake but the anxiety. I don't know if I agree. The T can be very loud at night. I take an antihistamine to get back to sleep if I'm really tired. Otherwise I just listen to an app and hope for the best.

Yes, same problem. It's almost certainly linked with anxiety, but I get into a routine of going to bed early, but also waking up early.

Over the counter sleeping tablets don't help; prescribed sleeping tablets make me feel worse; then I drink too much coffee.

I know it's bad habits and the cycle I need to break.
