Pulsatilla tinnitus and hyperacusis

Hi, I have tinnitus and hyperacusis, 3 years now, the tinnitus has started pulsating in rhythm with my heartbeat I read that it could be due to elevated blood pressure. Can anybody advise if there is treatment available private in Lincolnshire. I occasionally get dizziness and numbness on lower face. Driving me mad.any advice greatly appreciated

Wirtgen, I can’t help you on private consultations in Lincolnshire but if you think your blood pressure is raised it needs to be dealt with. Also the dizziness. If you’re having trouble getting an appointment what about trying your pharmacist? Mine is very good, will take blood pressures and if he thinks it appropriate will refer you to your doctor with a letter saying why (at least, that’s what they do in my part of Sussex.)
