On going Tinnitus

The wierd thing with my Tinnitus, is I hardly notice it until I think about it or read about it

I have had Tinnitus for many years, anbd only recently attempted to find a cure or some kind of method to reduce the high pictched wistle sound

I bought two white noise based devices, the first was rechageable, the second more like a clock, which had more sounds to choose from

There was one that was soothing as a sleep aid, but has not reduced the Tinnitus

I’m exactly the same. Mine is continuous but I don’t notice it unless I’ve been ill or tired or feeling low in which case it’s screamingly loud. Or I read a post like this 😂

I'm the same, I have both pulsatile and regular tinnitus, the more I think, talk, read about tinnitus the worse it gets, some days I stop and think is it still there? unfortunately it is .
