Snoring

I know this may seem a strange question but could my very loud snoring have caused my tinnitus? If so should I wear ear plugs at night?

Thanks

I was going to say "don't be ridiculous" (though I was going to put it more politely), but a quick Google search states snoring can reach 60 to 80 decibels, which is like a vacuum cleaner (not that I trust everything I read on Google), so maybe.

I'm not sure if earplugs would work as your snoring is internal. It may in fact make it seem louder for you.

All the best!
