My existing T was relieved after microsuction. It's possible that the two are not connected, of course.

I think micro suction can be quite traumatic for the ear, I had blocked ear wax which was causing tinnitus, the after micro suction it got so much worse it was awful, and I noticed any stress made it worse and loud places, music etc so I tried to lead a simple life, gradually th tinnitus subsided but now I have hyperacusis so everything is louder...will go for a hearing test soon, I think this whole area is not fully understood, Try whatever works for you. ..stating calm and avoiding feeling overwelhemed helped me but it's not easy amd I hope your situation improves. ..

Hi... had a bit of tinnitus anyway, but it was more like having a fan on... got worse because my ear was so impacted with wax,, he did work on that ear for about 15 mins, the other one was done in a 2mins.... ever since I,ve had this whistle or ringing in my ear πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I had microsuction and it made my tinnitus worse for a couple of days. Unfortunately I think the answer to your question is that it isn’t possible to say how long it will last. Sorry!

lets hope it will naturally subside, it took me many weeks for ringing to be less noticeable, its still there, but I have hyperacusis so I can never really relax, the world is a noisy place!
