Hi I'm new my head feel so heavy ears feel blocked pressure docter gave otomize and see has steroids in it not if dare use it as cant use strays up nose with that in it ....plus going dead...plus last night was so dizzy and off balance still am today any one else suffer this please thanks

I’m not sure I understand what you are saying about sprays and steroids. However dizziness I do understand. It comes and goes. On the NHS website search for sitting exercises and within than find the exercises for balance. But I wouldn’t do this just yet, wait a few days until The dizziness has settled a little. Make sure you drink plenty of water too.
