Is it common to have Tinnitus after stopping Anti Anxiety Meds? I quit cold turkey, Pristiq 50MG after taking it for a year. It’s been 16 months and I feel my neurochemical balance is not the same as before. Never had anxiety before but now I do and also constant ringing in the ears. Please share your experiences.

I have read in a tinnitus guide that suddenly stopping certain medications can cause tinnitus. It is advised to wean yourself off them slowly under the advice of a doctor. I am sorry to hear about your situation. Suffering from tinnitus for five years myself, I know exactly how anxiety inducing it can be. I hope your situation has improved in the time that you posted this.
