Stressed....

I’ve been suffering with daily odd thuds sometimes 2 in a row, fluttering and a feeling in my ear like my ear has gone into spas, for over a month now. This came out of the blue. I’ve been seen by GDP etc all of whom just looked in my ears, asked a few questions but saw nothing wrong. I’m due to go back to the dr today. I think maybe I have Middle Ear Myoclonus? But why would this just happen?

If I swallow it sometimes makes my ear do the spasm thing?

I’m so stressed with this condition, it’s driving me crazy. Does anyone have anything similar?
