Vibrating feeling in head

So ive suffered with tinnitus for 2 years now but recently ive been experiencing a vibration feeling in my head then automatic fuzziness and sicknesses also the teeee noice in my ear amplifis dramatically

The vibrating could well be myoclonus...a small muscle behind the ear going into spasm. I have this periodically. Sometimes called muscular tinnitus.

I too have a strange pulsating sensation in my head and neck, it's worse when lying down and I get a feeling of movement like I am on a boat!! My t is worse at these times.

My GP reckons it's anxiety, however waiting to see an Audiologist so hoping they can shed some light
