It depends on the exercise. I find swimming it is not noticeable at all - pilates it is a real challenge. I figure I need to do the neck and balance exercises and T will calm down at some stage......

Is your T not that bad when your swimming because of the noise of the water because when I have a shower I can hardly hear mine having a shower is the only time I’m free of my T have tried to find on line sound that match having a shower so then I can play it through head phones but have had no luck.

Swimming is the sound of water & constant movement For balance. I have a shower sound on the free white noise app I use - but no where near as good as getting a shower - I think other senses come into play besides the sound - i.e. Sensation of water landing on skin.
