Tinnitus and ear pops?

Hello my fellow Tinnies (trying to come up with a less depressing name for us) just a quick question: anyone else have popping in their ears when they swallow? I was told some of us with this have popping and that it’s normally due to pressure or something. So basically anyone else have this? I’m back at the audiologists on the 8th so I’m going to ask her/him then.

Hi fellow Tinny! I'm sure the popping is due to ear pressure - I have it when I swallow too but it doesn't bother me. I often pinch my nose and blow towards my fingers to try to make my ears pop just to clear the closed up feeling. Don't worry.

Thanks for replying. It’s not a worry worry I mean I’m I’ve gotten used to it already had it for about two weeks but thought I’d ask and hopefully Tinny will catch on lol.

Oh and Yh I do the pinch nose thing ever so often. Cheers.
