Should i be worried that my T keeps changing sounds?? Like sometimes it this regular high pitched tune and sometimes its a hissing one like the sound of gas when you turn on the stove. Is their some medical reason for this change in tunes?

I would worry as mine is constantly changing day to day. My changes are related to teeth clenching which then affects my TMJ, which in turns changed the tone....happy days....
