There are many elements to her programme I would imagine. I've never done it. Through experience of an anxiety disorder I've figured it out for myself. Research neuroplasticity. Nurturing yourself. Stress reduction and understanding the science behind all of this. Look at THE LINDEN METHOD. That gives you an insight into how the brain learns to demote unwanted symptoms and sensations to the subconscious. A positive mindset is key. And the spiritual aspect is, also. x

Thanks. I have joined Joey's Facebook group and it's quite interesting, but the program is fairly pricy.

Also been watching "Liam Stops Tinnitus" videos on YouTube, and "ADE Tinnitus Support and recovery". ADE goes over some neuroplasticity sessions with a hypnotist called Andrew Parr that are very good.

I like Ade. Not wholly sold on the fasting thing though. Julian Cowan Hill is a lovely wise man too. I watched all these videos and downloaded Julians book. As much positivity as possible, but making sure you're kind to yourself. Fear and stress are responsible for so many health issues and symptoms. x

Yes, that's where I got mine from. A lot of what he says really clicked, and got me in the right mindset to heal. x

I will order myself then. I m 4 months in and still really struggling . I m living in a rural area so the internet is my best friend.

I m thinking to start TRT as I have seen very good reviews on It. Is only one clinic in my country doing this and I really dont know if They are good. I m reading here that TRT specialists are very few and far in between.I m an International English teacher and I got my ear infection in China. The drs there I think didnt treat It properly. And from there the onset of Tinnitus.I m so lost . Dont know what to do with my life as I need money to live and chl are noisy Im not married and in my 40. Just started my international career saying Like that. My only pleasures WERE teaching and travelling ./(

I m thinking to some councelor sch jobs or anything in between . With less noise.Im also trained in Special Education in Europa. Sometimes really dont understand God Why changing everything when you need the Most.

For the moment I m just doing relaxing and some yoga exercises on my on, I m walking alot here as is like dont feel my t almost At all in the nature. And Ade’ s hypnosis exercises. I saw Andrew Parr, from where he got the exercises, has a whole program on the internet . Also Waiting for my CBD order. God Hope to have some relief from It.
