hi have just been diagnosed with tinnitus in left ear, has been suggested C.B.T would help with symptom's. would be glad of any feed back.

Yes it would, but for me it’s part of the package which involves both ent dept and audiology in put at my local hospital, cbt has helped me for sure but never would have if just had it on its own, just my personal opinion, good luck to you.
