New here need help Ignoring Tinnitus Please

i'm new here i have not got one of my hearing aids for a while need some help ignoring my tinnitus just looking for tips that maybe i haven't heard of, or thought of before.

Hi you've probably heard about these already but have you tried white noise apps on your smartphone or tablet? Don't have them too loud, especially through earphones. Just loud enough for your brain to be distracted by them. And how about mediation - Headspace is a good one. And if you are struggling to get to sleep maybe sleep stories- Calm do some free ones.

thanks yeah i've just got into the habit of using those now it has helped
