Hi, I have recently developed a whooshing noise in my right ear which only happens when I turn my neck to the left. It dosen't happen all the time mainly at night. I also get a single whoosh when I bend down and get up from sitting. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I have a appointment with ENT in 2 weeks.

Thankyou

Hi, I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I don't have intermittent whooshing, mine is constant although I'm not sure if it was like yours at yhe begining. Have a good read of the info on BTA website to arm yourself with knowledge & questions for ENT. Also maybe have a look at the whooshers Facebook page/website? I hope you get some answers. I always write down what I want to know as my mind always goes blank in front of doctors, particularly ones I've not not before!! Good luck!
