You don’t say what help if any you have already had or if this is helping in any way or not as the case may be. Hopefully you’ll have had a diagnosis from ENT Specialist and have been provided with hearing aids with maskers fitted. Then you should try listening to sounds on apps called Sounds Oasis or Chillax, especially at night when it’s silent and you’ve not got hearing aids in. Also try to get out for walks in the countryside or even in urban areas as noises from nature and traffic can distract you from your T noises. I also find that having the radio on at home all day helps too. Good luck!
