Hi. I've a possible diagnosis of Middle Ear Myclonus (spasming of one or both middle ear muscles). Am being treated with Carbemazepine (Tegretol) with some relief. Does anyone on this forum know about its treatment in England please. I am currently staying with relatives in Australia where my accident occurred.
