Had tolerated tinnitus for many years since childhood as not included in medical records with genetic deafness and goitre conditions. Glad to see that nowadays official recognition with Tinnitus will in turn lead to untapped aspects of mental health so to prevent unhappiness and anxiety. I am happy to provide positive contributions to others.

I’ve had Tinnitus 60+ years now, started with Pulsatile Tinnitus, like Soldiers Marching.
In past few years it go worse, and it’s complete nightmare. I’m Totally Deaf as in No ear drums, no Cochlears, no nerves. No bones, I had complete Obliterations in both ears.
Good luck to you Lyyynda.

I am learning more and more about the range of symptoms of Tinnitus so I appreciate the difficulties you have. Maybe you have activities to distract from the marching?
