A Little Inspiration

I've just come across a young American folk singer called Zoe Nutt (zoenutt.com) who has progressive hearing loss and tinnitus. She's recently released a subtitled video of her song "Like You". It's written as a letter to any child she may have in the future, stating she may not hear her child's voice but her child will still be precious to her and loved, of course. She has also recreated the sound of her tinnitus on the backing track to the song.

I find this kind of story inspirational - instead of wallowing in despair she is someone who accepts her predicament and limitations yet can still rise above them. So should we all.

Respectfully submitted,

Keoni
