Hi Sarah - I have kind of missed your own style of questions ;-)

Not sure how someone would 'take' relaxation, but learning how to relax effectively and doing this on a regular basis is usually one of the main planks of any sort of tinnitus treatment plan. You just have to find something that works for you in this regard, so it can be a bit of trial and error whilst you're trying different things - I've had a couple of reflexology sessions, but it didn't really do anything for me. I've also tried reiki, but that seemed even less useful for me personally.

Learning to relax properly is one of the best ways you can help yourself and to reduce the impact of tinnitus.

Have a look at a couple of our website pages for some ideas and exercises - they aren't a quick fix though, you'll need to set aside some time everyday for them.
