The hospital might provide you with pain killers for after care so have a chat to the doctor or nurse over your care.

Your own doctor can advise you too!

Love glynis

Thank you Glynis65. Thank you for replying. What I to know was there any painkillers I could take that . I tried Tramadol (only had 6 in all) but they made my T spike for months. I've had T for 3yrs now, don't usually take painkillers. Was wondering if what pain relief everyone takes

Hi nettynorth, I take plain paracetamol for any pain which doesn't affect my T. Hope your op goes well and your T behaves. Love, Angela xx

Hi nettynorth

If you ask the surgeon, they will be able to advise the best painkillers. It's not uncommon for people to have unacceptable side effects with medication, so they will be able to go through the alternatives. Hope the operation goes well!

Thank you I've tried Tramado that makes my T 50times worse n really bad headaches. Can't take paracetamol either for the same reason. Get a lot of pressure in my head. Don't know if this is normal when u live with T
