I wish I could, had T for 30 years and as I ruminate for the universe I've never been able to manage it!

Hi Aspey, I find meditating too inwardly focused which doesn't block my T either. I find yoga is the answer. Because you have to focus on your body and put your mind into the muscle which you can "feel" working it actually lets my mind rest and it blocks my T. People think that you have to be flexible to do yoga, but that's the last thing you need to be. It's more of mind training than anything else I know. I started doing yoga 16 years ago - it took me about 6 weeks to be able to really focus but that proved to me how crazy my mind actually was. I don't go to class as often now as I can do yoga anywhere, but I know when I need my teacher and he gets me back on track within one session. Give it a try - you may learn to love it.

Sending you hope for the future

I've been using meditation / relaxation techniques for about 9 years. I found it very difficult to begin with but I stuck at it and eventually got there and I'm pleased that I did, although I usually have to be wearing my WNG to allow myself to "get in the zone".
