I am in a bit of a panic state - I just walked into a store, and the alarm went off as I walked in right next to my ear. Im trying to calm down, but that was over an hour ago. Im terrified at what this might do. RIght now it seems louder already.

XOXO

Aww bee,

I can imagine how you are feeling and that will also add to a spike.

Have a glass of something nice and a relaxing bath and hope no big spike from it.

If you get a spike maybe Prednisalone will help.

..we are here for you...lots of love glynis

Hi Glynis, still trying to calm down. Is Prednisolone for a spike? Its one of those things that when they go off, my heart flutters and luckily Im far enough way, but walking right inside for it to go off inches from my ear! It was so horribly loud. I don't wear ear plugs out anymore, as I had been coping better, but this was just too much. XOXO

Hi Bee

I had an experience with an alarm a few months ago. It went off in the place i was in and I panicked straightaway. It was so loud but I was OK the next day. I just got caught up with my anxiety, Its so difficult not to worry but like Glynis says it just makes it all worse. I'm trying to stay calm myself right now cos having a bad day so I know how hard it is.

Hope you get some sleep and feel OK tomorrow.

Georgia xx
