Hi Dave

Don't think you are sounding like a wimp, it's not easy to deal with and stay calm and happy for others at the same time. Wish I had the answer mate but I haven't. Just here on my little iPad. Buzzing away 24/7 hahahoho.

If you can't get things off your chest here mate where can you.

Hi David, hope you slept well and feel better? Geranium is a relaxing perfume so maybe a candle or infuser would help - light a candle whilst doing something to take your mind off the T. If you did some knitting or colouring your brain would be diverted. Love Angela xx

How are you today David ? ...lots of love glynis

I have my Bluetooth hearing aids on so it masking my Tinnitus I feel brighter I think the problem is I keep changing. My aids and different sounds I should put it on one setting and let it do its job Michael Leigh told me that early in my tinnitus days Love David

Yes I would when having a spike . ..lots of love glynis

Hi mate

I'm not a pro on T, far from it, but as a T sufferer I feel for anyone who has to put up with this dam thing.

hope you can stop the antibiotics soon and join me in a glass or three of red wine before sleep.probably turning into a alcoholic but dammit it works for me. Joking aside a glass or two is not going to hurt anyone especially if you can get to sleep.

Chat any time mate, Gary

in reply to

Hi Gary I think non of us a pro but you learn quickly the workings of T and it's a mystery that it can be up and down I don't drink red wine but a white wine person my self hope to chat anytime take care.
