can you have a cortisol saliva test 24hours taking 100mcg of levo or do you have to be off medication?thanks

You take meds as normal. You are usually given strict instructions on collecting the saliva samples. If i remember correctly, the first sample is taken as soon as you wake up before you brush your teeth and before you take meds and so on.
