Your pharmacy needs to obtain it through one of the official UK importers. All the information can be found on the Thyroid UK website here:

thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/pages/...

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you'll find a list of importers that you can give to your pharmacy.

It is available through the pharmacy supplier IDIS. I used to get it from Tesco.

Hi

cant you get it through th PCT?

Im sure if you can prove theres a need for it, you would be eligable for a prescription so the pharmacy would be able to get it for you.

Or do you have to pay for it yourself?

Good luck

Yes at the moment I am paying for it but trying to persuade my gp to give me an nh perscription as I have been getting my private perscription from Dr Skinner who said I should be able to get it on the nhs but not having any luck with my gp.
