Hydroxylated lecithin from data bean oil in it? Someone recommended it but I can't remember who, I've ordered it but I'm concerned about the soya. Many thanks sarah

Soya lecithin is usually regarded as innocuous - it is highly purified and it appears does not need to be regarded with the same suspicion as other soya products.

Having said that, there does seem to be a move towards other sources for lecithin but that might be based on what sources are available (and cheap!)

My concern would be that while some people find it good, others do not. But that seems to be one of the many things that varies between people and is not a reason to avoid trying it!
