Does anyone know about or used this anitoxidant. It has been recommended to me as an important supplement for Hashimotos.

Yes I have, as a detox supplement. It helps the body detox. A very important supplement for that process.

I read that taking glutathione directly as a supplement does not reliably increase levels in the body because it is poorly absorbed - there's plenty on the internet about this. Instead I supplement with NAC (n-acetyl cysteine) which is a precursor to glutathione - apparently research has shown that you can increase glutathione levels in this way. Other options are whey powder or SAMe.

Oh yes! Do your research! It's a complex supplement that isn't easily absorbed.
