Should I take Levothyroxine tablet before I have blood test for TSH/T4? I take Levothyrox at 6.30am blood test at 9.15am? Thanks

I wouldn't. I would wait until after - even if, for this one day, you do not separate taking food/drink from taking levothyroxine quite as well as usual.

Thanks for the advice :). I am new to this site. I had Radioiodine treatment for hyperthyroid in July, then went very hypo in October and felt very unwell, still getting dose of levothyroxine right but starting to feel better, started on 25mcg and have been taking 75mcg for 6 weeks.
