Anyone know how long between blood tests when taking Armour? need to make my next appointment want to time it right thank you!
Hi My endo recommends 6 weeks. This is plenty of time to alter in the blood as armour works quickly. Also, when you start any thyroid treatment you should increase slowly following blood tests to the correct level for you.After that it depends on how stable you are.

also do not take any armour for at least 12 hours prior to your blood draw, so if you take a bedtime dose do not take any armour at bedtime, skip it then take it 'after' your blood draw the next day.
Failure to do so might give fT3 results your doctor might get 'scared' about 
I tend to try to leave 22-24 hours after last dose i.e take 5am dose the previos day then take 11am dose a bit early at say 10.30am, skip 5pm dose and then have test done next day at 8.30am. The last time I did this I didn't feel great during the afternoon - but my blood tests showed I was hypo so that is probably why. xx
