This year, we are celebrating International Thyroid Awareness Week with a webinar that is varied in terms of its speakers.

The causes and treatments are varied for thyroid disease and there are various things we can do to help ourselves feel better whilst we wait for better treatment.

Some people find that writing poetry helps, some people find that gentle exercise helps. Looking into alternative therapies and interventions is something that a lot of people do and learning about your condition always helps so that you are empowered when you speak to your clinicians.
