For some reason my Health Unlocked Thyroid UK page is splattered with Spanish words. Can anyone help me to undo this please? TIA.

Perhaps some 2025 IT gremlins. It might help by going to 'menu', choose 'account settings', and scroll to the bottom to choose 'language'.
